4. Payment and Refunds

Payment: All payments are processed securely through PayU payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets.

Pricing: Course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content
• No refunds will be provided after 7 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed
• Refund processing takes 5-7 business days after approval
• Course access will be revoked upon refund approval

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate any person or entity
