You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded course materials
  • You have not completed any mock tests in the purchased package
  • Technical issues prevented access to the course (verified by our team)

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Courses with more than 20% content accessed
  • Completed mock tests or test series
  • Downloaded study materials or PDF documents
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Free trials converted to paid subscriptions
  • One-time purchase items after activation

2. Refund Request Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

    • Course name and purchase date
    • Reason for refund request
  2. Verification: Our team will verify your eligibility (1-2 business days)

  5. Receipt: You will receive the refund within 7-10 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based plans:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months/periods
  • Access continues until subscription expiry
  • Auto-renewal stops after cancellation

4.2 How to Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Account Settings in the MillionSpot app
  2. Navigate to "Subscription Management"
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Receive email confirmation

4.3 One-Time Purchase Cancellations

For individual course or test series purchases:

  • Cancellation must be requested within 7 days
  • Subject to refund eligibility criteria (Section 1)
  • Once content is accessed significantly, cancellation with refund is not possible

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course:

  • Report the issue immediately to [email protected]
  • Provide screenshots or error details
  • Our technical team will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If unresolved, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of access percentage

5.2 Course Content Issues

If course content is significantly different from what was advertised:

  • Report within 7 days with specific details
  • Provide evidence of misrepresentation
  • We will review and may offer a refund or alternative course

5.3 Duplicate Payments

If you were charged twice for the same purchase:

  • Contact us immediately with transaction details
  • Provide proof of duplicate charges
  • We will process a refund for the duplicate payment within 3-5 business days

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

6.1 Conditions for Partial Refunds

  • Course access between 20-50%
  • Extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, relocation, etc.)
  • Service disruptions on our end

6.2 Partial Refund Calculation

Partial refund amount is calculated based on:

  • Percentage of content accessed
  • Time elapsed since purchase
  • Number of mock tests attempted

Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of MillionSpot management.

7. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Important Notice: Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes may have different refund terms.

7.1 Sale and Promotional Items

  • Items purchased at 50% or more discount are typically non-refundable
  • Special promotional bundles may have specific refund terms
  • Flash sale purchases have a 48-hour refund window instead of 7 days
  • Refund amount will be based on the discounted price paid, not the original price

7.2 Coupon and Promo Code Purchases

  • Refunds are provided for the amount actually paid after discount
  • Used coupon codes cannot be reinstated or transferred
  • Referral credit purchases have a 3-day refund window

8. Course Transfers and Credits

8.1 Course Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer to a different course if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • Less than 30% of original course is accessed
  • New course is of equal or lesser value
  • One-time transfer per purchase

8.2 Account Credits

In lieu of a cash refund, we may offer account credits which:

  • Can be used for any future purchase on MillionSpot
  • Do not expire
  • Cannot be withdrawn as cash
  • Are non-transferable

9. Auto-Renewal and Recurring Payments

9.1 Auto-Renewal Charges

For subscription plans with auto-renewal:

  • You will receive reminder emails 7 days before renewal
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
  • If charged after cancellation request, full refund will be provided
  • Refunds for unwanted auto-renewals are processed within 5 business days

9.2 Failed Payment Auto-Renewal

If auto-renewal fails due to payment issues:

  • Your access will be suspended temporarily
  • Grace period of 3 days to update payment method
  • No charges for the failed renewal period

10. Refund Denials

10.1 Common Reasons for Denial

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • Request submitted after the 7-day window
  • More than 20% of content has been accessed
  • Mock tests have been attempted
  • Study materials have been downloaded
  • Violation of Terms and Conditions
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Insufficient evidence or incomplete request information

10.2 Appeal Process

If your refund request is denied and you believe it was in error:

  • Review the denial reason provided

  • Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days

11. Payment Gateway Issues

11.1 Payment Deducted but Course Not Activated

If your payment was successful but course access was not granted:

  • Contact support immediately with transaction details
  • Our team will verify payment status
  • Course will be activated within 24 hours
  • If activation fails, full refund will be processed

11.2 Transaction Failures

For failed transactions where amount was debited:

  • Amount is typically auto-reversed by the bank within 5-7 days
  • If not reversed, contact us with transaction proof
  • We will coordinate with payment gateway for resolution

12. International Transactions

For purchases made using international payment methods:

  • Refund will be processed in INR (Indian Rupees)
  • Exchange rate fluctuations may affect refund amount
  • International bank charges are not refundable
  • Processing time may be 10-15 business days

13. Taxes and Fees

13.1 GST Refunds

  • Applicable GST will be refunded along with the course fee
  • Tax invoices will be updated to reflect the refund

13.2 Payment Gateway Charges

  • Payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable
  • Refund amount may be net of gateway charges
